By 4.56pm, all categories of tickets for the game between the cricket rivals had been sold out. These included the ‘Platinum Category’, which costs Dh2,000, and ‘The Grand Lounge Category’, which costs Dh5,000.
Experts predict a 50% increase in airfares as fans from India, Pakistan and other cricket-loving countries finalize travel plans.
